Anne Phung Nguyen
Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my amazing husband JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and most people follow me. I write about my day-to-day life, both positive and negative. In 1990 I moved to America along with my family, including my brothers and parents when I turned one and a half. If it wasn't for my parents' love of perseverance and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't share my journey. To give them a chance at a more prospering future, I aimed on my goals and worked hard to get there. In my mind, I knew what the plan was for life. Go to college and graduate. Be married. Purchase a home. Get kids. My life that I planned for me did not turn out to be. In 2013, I realized that I was not happy going to work in my job as a corporate employee. The status and the money didn't make me feel happy. I believed that I wasted my time to earn an income. As I navigated my way towards a new job, I realized that I was meant to become a personal trainer. I was a fan of exercise, I loved being social and I enjoy helping people. In 2014 I started my business on the side and in this 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th anniversary. Since I am an Asian female in this industry there are very few. My aim in the industry is to help create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that can meet the demands of my customers. Additionally, I want to encourage others to go after their desires and accomplish anything and everything they want to in life. While my career was taking flight I also lost my mom. It was the hardest of all. Her eight-year battle was won. fight with the disease and is resting in Heaven and with me in my mind and heart always. The lessons we learn from life are often hidden from us however they are extremely useful. Many ways, my mom's death changed me. I honestly believe that she offered me another chance to live through her demise. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. The opportunity was there to embark on a new journey, and I got another chance to live a fulfilling and happy life. When I reach the 30's I am more alive than ever. It is true that I live my life today and not just surviving just like I did previously. My story is made available to you so that I can be able to share my stories and thoughts. It will allow you to feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. It is possible to accomplishing anything you wish and more. Therapy is vital as is regular. The health of a person is the most important riches. I hope to live your life at your best and never have regrets about your final days. We are the only assurance in this life.
