Richard B. Cheney, a distinguished public servant and a businessman is the vice-president. Richard Bruce Cheney is the son of Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born on January 30, 1941 within Lincoln Nebraska. When he was 13 years old, Bruce accompanied his parents in Casper (in Wyoming, the State of Wyoming) where his father served as director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's soil conservation district.
